Every good review on here is because north prairie pays people in gift cards to write good reviews because the truth is is that they make bad houses. I live in a condo built by them that is poorly made and not holding up after five years. It’s so bad that no one will list it too sell because it’s built by North prairie and won’t sell because of the bad quality. Stay away and buy from someone that actually cares and makes good quality places that stay together longer then five years.
Awesome house built by North Prairie for us - the change order or upgrades were perfectly done by them with no issues. If you have concerns, they are right there to immediately fix the issue. We selected North Prairie Development as our builder and we have no regrets.
One year later and we couldn't be happier with our purchase. We would recommend North Prairie to anyone and will absolutely go with North Prairie in the future.
