As the Frey women are unharmed (and presumably any very young Frey men - there are no children shown being poisoned), House Frey is not rendered extinct.

Arya Stark killed Lord Walder Frey in the Season 6 finale, along with his two most prominent sons, Lame Lothar Frey and Black Walder Rivers.
